Do you follow our college’s advertising rules?
Yes. Registered psychotherapists, social workers and psychologists can’t use testimonials in their own advertising. We write every page to your college’s rules, in a calm and accurate voice, and you approve it.
How do you handle privacy?
Forms on your site collect only what you need to book, and go only to your practice. Clinical notes and session details stay in your own practice software, never on the website.
Can clients book with our practice software?
Yes, in most cases. If you use a practice management system with online booking, we connect it so clients book from your own site.
Will I show up for “therapist near me”?
No one can promise a spot on Google. We build what Google rewards for local therapy searches: a page for each concern and kind of therapy, fast pages on every phone and a Google profile that matches your site. Then you can see exactly how it is doing.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We rebuild it, keep your domain and point your old page addresses to the new ones, so you keep the Google history you already have.
How much does it cost?
Until November 30, 2026, our launch offer: a custom website for C$1,499, paid once (regular price C$2,499 from December 1). First we design your new homepage for free, and you only pay if you love it. It includes 3 months of SEO, GEO and competitor reports and 12 months of technical support, free; after that, care is optional at C$39/month. Prices are CAD, +HST.
What does the 12 months of technical support include?
Hosting with HTTPS, security updates, uptime monitoring with same-day fixes if something breaks, and up to two small changes a month (hours, prices, phone numbers, photos, short text edits), plus email and phone support during business hours. New pages, redesigns and add-on features are quoted separately, and your domain renewal is yours.
