Do you follow medical advertising rules?
Yes. We write to your college’s advertising rules. In Ontario, that means the CPSO’s policy: no testimonials or ratings on your own site, no claims of being better than others, and accurate, current information. You approve every page.
Can patients book online with our EMR?
In most cases, yes. Many clinic systems offer online booking we can connect to your site. If yours doesn’t, patients request a time and your team confirms it.

What does the 12 months of technical support include?
Hosting with HTTPS, security updates, uptime monitoring with same-day fixes if something breaks, and up to two small changes a month (hours, prices, phone numbers, photos, short text edits), plus email and phone support during business hours. New pages, redesigns and add-on features are quoted separately, and your domain renewal is yours.
